Ordering and delivery
When will I receive my order?
- Delivery times will vary:
- - If you use DHL, the delivery time will be between 1 and 6 working days.
- - If you choose letter (free shipping), the delivery time will depend on your countries local postal service. (7-14 business days).
How do I track my order?
- - If you have selected DHL you will receive a email with tracking information.
- - If you have chosen free shipping (letter) there will be no tracking code available.
How do I know my order has been processed?
- - You will receive order confirmation by mail when your order is approved, when the item (s)
have been sent you will receive a new mail with confirmation of delivery which means that the order has been picked and sent.
What kind of payment methods do you offer?
- - You can pay by credit card
- - You can pay with Paypal
- - Or you can pay with Google pay on mobile devices
My account has been withdrawn, but I did not receive an order confirmation. What do I do?
- You can either have:
- - Supplied the wrong email
- - The mail may have ended up in a spam filter

Do I pay for postage on return
- - If we have sent the wrong item, we will of course cover the return cost. If you have ordered the wrong item, you must cover the return yourself.
What are you return policy
- We follow the 14 Day Return Policy that applies to Norwegian Ecommerce stores.
if return is not due to faulty item or wrong item shipped, you must pay postage for the return.
