Topo 3000 is a detailed map covering over 3000 km2. South Island has an easy walking terrain with magnificent coastal landscape with lush fjord bottoms, steep mountains, white sandy beaches, glaciers and many good fishing waters. Here you can see large seal and seabird colonies and various species of birds of prey etc. The highest point is 659 m. and is located on Komagaks. On Sørøya you can walk undisturbed and enjoy the silence. A popular destination is, among other things. Kødvikvarden north of Sørøya, a 12.5 m high verde. Here you will find trips such as: Langkeila 5.7 km, Barbostatinden 2.6 km, Nordsandfjorden, Breivikbotn 5.9 km.

Trekking information is in bold type for better legibility. The trail map covers more than 3000 km2 and has been adapted to include several popular trekking areas.
