This privacy statement tells you about the information we collect from you when you purchase one or more of our products through our website or sign up to receive our regular newsletter. When we collect this information, we act as a data processor, and by law we are required to provide you with information about us, why and how we use your data, and about the rights you have over your data.

What personal data do we ask for?

When you buy products from us online we can ask you for your name, address, telephone number, email address and your payment information.

When you subscribe to our newsletter we ask for your E-mail address.

 

Why do we ask for this information?

We will use your information to confirm your payment details for your purchase, process your order and send you your goods. We will also send you a receipt via email and we can use your phone number to contact you regarding the delivery. We need this information to process the payment, deliver your goods and fulfill our contract with you.

We will use your information to send you our newsletter, which contains information about our products, and often includes special offers. We ask for your consent to do so, and we will only send you our newsletter as long as you continue to consent.

What do we do with your information?

Your information is stored in our order processing system located in Norway. Your payment information, and any payment card details, are encrypted to a third-party payment service provider who completes the payment itself. We do NOT store your payment details, such as your card number, in our systems. Our payment service providers are: Klarna, Vipps and Stripe We use Posten / Bring to deliver your goods and we therefore share your name, address and telephone number with them to complete the delivery to you. We may use the information you provide to make automatic decisions that may affect you.

Your information is stored in our database and we use MailChimp to send out newsletters. We do not share your information with any third party.

How long do we keep your information?

Unless you create an account with us, we will store your order information indefinitely after the purchase, in accordance with Norwegian accounting regulations. Your personal information related to the order will be removed after this.

Your information will be kept as long as you continue to consent to receive our newsletter.

Your rights over your information

By law, you can ask us what information we have recorded about you, and you can ask us to correct this information if it is inaccurate. You may also ask us to provide you with a copy of the information and to ask us to stop using your information for a period of time if you believe that we are using this information in a manner that is unlawful. Your right to complain

If you have a complaint about the use of your information, we want you to contact us directly in the first place so that we can handle your complaint. However, you can also contact the Data Inspectorate if you have a complaint.

We periodically review and update this Privacy Statement from time to time, as necessary, and as our services and use of personal data evolve. If we wish to use your personal data in a manner that we have not previously informed, we will contact you to provide you with information about this and, if necessary, ask for your consent. By placing an order in our online store you agree that any disputes will be dealt with by a court in Oslo in accordance with the laws in Norway, unless otherwise provided by local law.
